We are able to provide the finest Hardy and Greys fly fishing equipment, qualified instructors, catering, refreshments, transport and accommodation.  Thus, allowing you and your guests to relax and focus on this fascinating and most traditional of country sports – fly fishing.

Our award winning professional caterers have many years experience of shoot and fishing luncheons. They use locally sourced ingredients in our three course riverside luncheons.

Private Estate Lake Days

Treat your clients to a day stalking trout in one of our crystal clear private estate lakes nestled in the Test valley.  A lake is often a better bet for first time fishers – with no flow to negotiate and our instructors on hand, this has proved a popular alternative this season.  We also arrange days of mixed lake and river fishing that prove ideal for a group of mixed ability.

Our private lakes in the Test Valley

Upper Test Valley Lakes. These two private estate lakes offer over 3 acres of water to explore. They are very well stocked with brown and rainbow trout to double figures. The dry fly sport is also very good here. The beautiful thatched fishing lodge offers the angler all facilities. The perfect location for a group, corporate or family day. Thursdays and Fridays are available for exclusive use bookings. Individual day rod bookings sometimes available too.

Lake near Longstock. Part of a beautiful nature reserve in the river Test valley, this secluded private estate lake has very clear water. It’s linear 2+ acres are lined with reed beds and woodland as well as ample access to the water for the fly fisherman. This gives a very secluded feel and offers some sanctuary to the wildlife. It flows slowly and is comparable to fishing a meandering stretch of river due to its shape.

It is very well stocked with both brown a rainbow trout to double figures and has an amazing fishing lodge on the bankside. This lake offers very good sport on the dry fly. Available for exclusive use bookings of the lake and facilities for up to 6/8 rods. from including instructors, tackle, breakfast, lunch. Blast and Cast packages (fly fishing and clay pigeon shooting) also arranged for a minimum of 8 people. Day and Half Day bookings available too.

Bossington private estate trout lake. The Horsebridge Lake. This private trout lake is set in the river Hampshire countryside a short cast from the river Test. Stocked with rainbow trout and arctic char. Perfect for the novice, an introduction to fly fishing with an instructor, or a family day. Use of fishing lodge and facilities included.
