Working with our partners The Peat Spade Inn, we arrange a morning of clay pigeons launched from various stands to mimic the different wild game in the UK. You can test your marksmanship with a shotgun in complete safety with our shooting instructors on hand to help you with your swing.
We break for lunch at The Peat Spade. The Inn can offer a private dining room – ‘The Mayfly Mess’ in which you clients can enjoy the inn’s world class menu and wine list.
After a leisurely and relaxing lunch you will be greeted by our fly fishing instructors who will transport you to the river bank to spend the best part of the day fly fishing. Shooting and fishing - the perfect combination of country sports for your guests to exercise their competitive streak.
We can supply a range of prizes for corporate competitions: from bottles of fine champagne, fine Wheatley fly boxes inscribed with your company logo, pewter ware, prints and our UPSTREAM DRY FLY and Peat Spade Inn gift vouchers.
Order wonderful Peat Spade Inn refreshment hampers if you plan to fish through until dusk and keep the stomach rumbles at bay until supper time.

Whether your guests are complete beginners or experienced dry fly anglers, our beautiful riverside locations and team of professional instructors will ensure you all get the absolute most out of your precious time on the river. We are able to provide the finest Hardy and Greys equipment, qualified instructors, catering, refreshments, transport and accommodation. Thus allowing you and your guests to relax and focus on this fascinating and most traditional of country sports – fly fishing.

Treat your clients to a day stalking trout in our crystal clear private estate lake nestled in the Test valley. A lake is often a better bet for first time fishers – with no flow to negotiate and our instructors on hand, this has proved a popular alternative this season. We also arrange days of mixed lake and river fishing that prove ideal for a group of mixed ability.
Our corporate lake days can accommodate up to 25 anglers and our river days up to 10 anglers.
